Mini Cinnamon Cookie Shapes

Mini Cinnamon Cookie Shapes

This is another quick and easy bake, these mini cinnamon cookie shapes are simple to make and are great bag gifts. There's not a whole lot to making the cookies, I used a basic sweet pastry and cut out lots of different shapes with mini cutters. Bake them in a medium oven 160 c electric for about ten minutes, no more than ten minutes because they are very small compared to a normal cookie size. Once out of the oven and cooled down toss them in a fine sugar cinnamon mix ... that's it. You can bag them up and give as gifts or throw them in a bowl for anybody to snack on.

Sweet Pastry Recipe

The sweet pastry that I used for the mini cinnamon cookie shapes is a very versatile pastry which you can store wrap in cling film and refrigerate for a month or freeze for two months.
